Giuseppe Mario Sartorio

  • Giuseppe Mario is a Partner of STPG since June 2019.
  • He worked for more than 20 years in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking of Banca IMI (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), where he managed several M&A transactions mainly in sectors such as Consumer, Leisure, Industrial and Cement. In Banca IMI he has been responsible also of the Financial Sponsor Coverage and Private Debt and managed several IPOs.
  • Previously he worked in Natwest Ventures, Price Waterhouse and Fiat Group (in US).
  • He graduated with honors in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Turin and earned an MBA from SDA Bocconi Milan; he is member of AIAF and of the Italian Advisory Board of San Telmo Business School.
