Fosber singed a joint venture in China with Dong Fang

Scouting acted as sell side advisor

FOSBER GROUP HAS SIGNED A JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT WITH GUANGDONG DONGFANG PRECISION SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD

  • The Fosber Group has signed a Joint Venture agreement with the Chinese Group Guangdong Dongfang Precision Science & Technology Co. Ltd. The agreement will establish a mixed Chinese company with the purpose of designing a new complete line of machinery for the production of corrugated cardboard.
  • At the same time, Fosber successfully completed the entry into its capital of Chinese Group Dongfang, which acquired a 60% stake in the capital of Fosber Spa.
  • Scouting Spa acted as sell side financial advisor.
